The Chief Librarian in the Federal College of Eduation, FCE Obudu, Mr. Godwin Angiating was kidnapped by 2a.m. this morning in his residential home in Bebuagbong Village in Obudu LGA.
A younger brother of the victim confirmed the kidnap to CrossRiverWatch a while ago.
Details of the incident are still sketchy as even the police are still not aware of the development.
