General Electric (GE), a world leader in manufacturing of technological equipment and services is offering job opportunities for interested and experienced Cross Riverians from diverse fields.

The company which will soon commence manufacturing of equipment, following its ground breaking ceremony last year by the Vice President, Namadi Sambo is set to begin work on a planned manufacturing and assembly plant in Calabar, the Cross River State Capital.

According to a release by the State Commissioner For Information, Chief Akin Ricketts, the company is looking for suitably and qualified Engineers, Machinists and Technicians for immediate employment.

Interested Cross Riverians are advised to apply on-line by visiting the company’s website (www.ge.com/ng/careers) and search the Job Number of interest for details on Job roles, qualifications, requirements and experiences.

Details can also be found on the notice boards of the Ministry of Information, Opposite Cultural Centre Complex, Calabar and the Office of the Special Adviser, Investment Promotion Bureau, No. 15A Murtala Mohammed Highway, inside photo Studio Building, Calabar.
