Following the expiration of the statutory four years tenure of the Cross River State Border Community Development Commission, Senator Liyel Imoke has approved the immediate reconstitution of the new commission.
In a statement from the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr. Christian Ita, the new Commission has, Chief Ogban Ebock- Chairman, Hon. Sunday Achunekang –Director (Project), Mr. Emmanuel Lebo –Director (Administration), Mr. Eyong Ifere- Director (Legal) and Mr. Ani Esin-Director (Community Relations).
In the same vein, the governor also approved the appointment of the following Special assistants; Hon Gabriel Ugor- Special assistant Governor’s office (Revenue Service), Hon. Ekong Nsa Henshaw- Special Assistant Special Duties, Hon Moses Oko- Special Assistant, Orientation & Public Affairs,
Others are Hon. Francis Etta- Special Assistant, MDGs, Patrick Egede- Special assistant, Community Relations while Mr. Thomas Udam was appointed Community Relations Officer, Ogoja.
