Cross River College Of Education Gets Four New Deans

Mr. Robert Sylvanus Atang has emerged as the new Dean, School of Arts and Social Sciences (SASS) in Cross River State College of Education, Awi/Akamkpa.

Robert Sylvanus won by pooling 26 votes defeating Dr. Tandu Egbe Ojong who had just10 votes.

The election which was generally considered transparent, the Dean of School of Education, Dr. Thomas Iyaji, Dean of School of Vocation and Technical Studies, Mr. Idam Raphael, Dean of School of Languages, Mr. Osbert Asinyang were all elected unopposed with the Deanship of School of Sciences yet to be contested for as the present Dean, Dr. Clement Odey, is yet to finish his tenure.

Mrs. Martha Effiong, the electoral committee chairman, commended staff of the College for conducting themselves in a matured and orderly manner.
