Following the closure of application into the Green Police, the Cross River State Government is set to begin a screening exercise for applicants tomorrow in Calabar.
The Permanent Secretary, Forestry Commission, Perpetua Aji in a statement signed by her and obtained by CrossRiverWatch late yesterday says the exercise is scheduled to begin by 7 a.m. and will be held in the U.J Esuene stadium in Calabar.
According to the statement, the exercise is restricted so far to only applicants from the southern senatorial district comprising Akamkpa, Akpabuyo, Bakassi, Biase, Calabar Municipal and Calabar South local government areas.
The statement reads in part “Applicants are to come along with the originals of their Certificates and certificate of origin from their respective Local Government Areas.
“They should come in white T-shirts, white shorts and canvasses. Please ensure that you are medically fit for physical exercise.”
