The Chairman of the Cross River State Sports Commission, Orok Duke, is set to launch five books authored by him tomorrow in Abuja.
The books; “Clementines, Sentinel, My Songs Dances on the plains, Ellipses” are all a collection of poems authored by the former Deputy Speaker of the State House of Assembly and delegate to the 2014 National Confab.
The event is to be chaired by Senator Ike Nwachukwu, a retired Major General with Cross River Governor, Senator Ben Ayade as the chief host while Senator Bassey Otu who represented Cross River South Senatorial District in the 7th Assembly is host.
Former Governor Donald Duke is slated as the Guest Speaker for the event slated for 1:00PM tomorrow December 1, 2016 at the Shehu Musa Yar’Adua events center at the Central Business District in Abuja.
Duke, a poet has authored several other books.
