Gershom Bassey, the Senator representing Cross River Southern senatorial district in the National Assembly and Vice Chairman Senate Committee on Petroleum (Downstream), has been unveiled as the special guest for the third edition of ‘The Dialogue With Agba Jalingo’ Town Hall Meeting scheduled for July, 2017.
This was contained in a statement signed by the content providers; Giants concepts issued Wednesday in Calabar, the Cross River State capital.
“The third edition of ‘The Dialogue With Agba Jalingo’ quarterly Town Hall Meeting has been slated for Thursday, July 27, 2017.
“The chief guest for this edition is Senator Gershom Bassey as we discuss the topic: Maximizing the Mineral Resources Value Chain for Job Creation for Youths in Cross River State.
“The speakers include Mr. James Peter, the CEO of Bradford technologies limited; Professor Benedict Ita, Dean faculty of science in the University of Calabar and Dr. Raphael Offiong, a senior lecturer in the University of Calabar.
“The panelists are Mr. Archibong Otu, a solid mineral development consultant; Maurice Ekong, a development and communication expert and Special Adviser, Oil and Gas to governor Ayade, and Honorable Emmanuel Etim, a youth development consultant.
“This edition will feature a brief question and answer session as we seek to ensure the Cross R|iver conversation expands and bears positive fruits.
“As usual, the event which will hold at the Pearl Hall of the Transcorp Hotel in Calabar will be streamed live on our social media platforms and on Hit 95.9 FM Calabar,” part of the statement read.
The event is billed to kick off by 10 AM the statement added.
