8 Suspects Arrested For Alleged Murder Of Police Inspector For Ritual

Information reaching our newsroom has it that the Cross River State Police Command has arrested 8 suspects that allegedly murdered an Inspector of Police (name unkown) on Christmas day in Uyanga community in Akamkpa LGA.

The information from our Police source reveal the body of the deceased was taken to a shrine were he was torn to different parts for ritual purposes.

At the time of filing this report, the State Command Public Relations Officer, ASP Irene Ugbo was not available for comments saying she couldn’t take call at the time.

According to the Police, this is is the Chief Priest of the shrine (the one holding a skull said to be that of the deceased.)
