Channels Television quotes a statement by the spokesperson of the Code of Conduct Tribunal, Ibrahim Alhassan, saying that the charges were served on the CJN yesterday Friday.

The statement, according to Channels TV, explained that the charges are based on a petition by the Code of Conduct Bureau seeking the commencement of trial against him.

According to the CCT spokesperson, Justice Onnoghen will be arraigned on Monday, January 14.
