3. VALID ID CARD/MEANS OF IDENTIFICATION.

4. NO RECOMMENDATION LETTER WILL BE ACCEPTED.

5. NO AWAITING RESULT/STATEMENT OF RESULTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

6. 2 FILES CONTAINING ALL REQUIRED CREDENTIALS WITH PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH (ORIGINAL TO BE TAKEN BACK AND PHOTOCOPY TO BE SUBMITTED).

7. CANDIDATES ARE TO OBTAIN SCORE SHEET AT THE VENUE.

8. BIRTH CERTIFICATE/AGE DECLARATION.
CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN ARE REQUIRED.

ANY FORM OF FORGERY, SUCH AN APPLICANT WILL BE HANDED OVER TO THE SECURITY PERSONNELS.
