The Cross River State Governor, Senator Ben Ayade has been tasked by a Cross River youth, simply identified as Rosemond Edem to invest in the educational sector in the State.

Miss Rosemond Edem made this call on her twitter handle, where she lamented the menace created by youths as a result of lack of educational opportunities.

She wrote,”Your Excellency, @senatorbenayade We the Youths have seen the number of youths roaming the streets with no opportunity for education. To harness the immense potential that lies in the youths, we ask that you invest in Education. We believe in you #YouthAction #IYD2019.”

She however implored the Governor to consider huge investment in the future of the youths, as it is the only way to “harness the immense potentials that lies in them.”
