UPDATED: Odukpani Cannibal Arrested, Surprised He Was Recorded

The Cross River State Police Command has taken into custody one of the cannibal in the horror video above that took place in Odukpani LGA of the State.

According to NAN his name is Okon Asuquo, 31 years old and hails from Odukpani.

He was paraded alongside accomplice (wearing a blue shirt, he prepares charms for him). While answering questions from newsmen, he expressed shock that someone did a secret video of him while he was carrying out the act.

Community members from Odukpani who was also at the Police Command in Calabar commended the new Commissioner of Police who assumed office two weeks ago as the new CP for his giant efforts in arresting the guy whom they said has been terrorising communities in Odukpani for a long time now.
