Man, 47 Who Raped Daughter Bags 22 Years Imprisonment

Mr. Emmanuel Thompson Udo who raped his 14 year old step daughter has been sentenced to 22 years imprisonment without an option of a fine.

This was disclosed by the Principal Counsel of Basic Rights Counsel, James Ibor, Esq.

The incident occured at his residence, 45 Afokang street in Calabar South on August, 15 2018.

He was arrested and tried following a petition by the Basic Rights Counsel Initiative (BRCI), he was arrested, investigated and prosecuted.
