Reverend Dr. Paul Bassey Ekpo, a lecturer in the University of Calabar has been kidnapped.
Dr. Bassey Ekpo, was kidnapped on Tuesday at about 1.20am at his residence in Obot Okoho, Baccoco area of 8 miles, Calabar, in the presence of his wife and children.
Pictures from the scene show that his abductors gained entrance through the rooftop, a new trend in kidnapping cases in the State.
At the time of filing this report, no contact by the kidnappers to the family.
