UNICAL: Engr. Eludire Appointed Acting Head Of Department Of Agriculture And Bioresource Engineering

The Vice Chancellor of the University of Calabar (UNICAL), Prof. Florence Obi has appointed Engr. Oluwadamilare Eludire as the Acting Head of Department (HOD) of Agricultural and Bioresource Engineering.

The appointment is contained in a letter signed by the varsity’s Vice Chancellor, Prof. Obi, noting that the appointment is for a period of six months with immediate effect.

It reads: “I am pleased to appoint you as the Acting Head, Department of Agricultural and Bioresource Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, University of Calabar. The appointment is for the period of six (6) months with effect from 3rd April 2023 to 2nd September 2023.

“By this appointment, you are expected to discharge your duties diligently by effectively administering the Department to ensure optimal productivity.

“Please, note that the administration will not hesitate to sanction any Head of Department who fails to turn in the results within the given timeline or who breaches University regulations.

“The Bursar is advised to pay approved allowances for officers of Engr. Oluwadamilare’s level, while the relevant sections of the University are being informed to accord him necessary courtesies associated with the office.”
