Applications are now open for the second phase of the Senator John Owan-Enoh Foundation Micro, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises MSMEs Support program.
The portal opened at the stroke of midnight on New Year’s day 2026.
The scheme, launched in September in Calabar aims to “empower entrepreneurs, business owners, and startups with grants ranging from ₦150,000 to ₦500,000,” the former lawmaker who serves as the Minister of State for Industry told journalists at the launch.
Structured to “accommodate both formal and informal business owners, including traders, artisans, and startups,” the application process will last for two weeks and will close on January 14, 2026 giving applicants a chance to share in the ₦500 million fund.
