Cross River NLC Elects Comrade Ukpepi, As New Chairman

Comrade Benedict Ukpepi, has worn Comrade Eyo Nsa to become the new chairman of the Nigeria Labor Congress NLC, Cross River State chapter.

The keenly contested election, which held at the Dr. Franklyn Ani Auditorium, College of Health Technology, Calabar, ended at about 2:30am this morning with Ukpepi, who is currently the State Chairman of Medical Workers Union defeating his rival, Comrade Eyo Nsa, who is the incumbent state chairman of the NIgeria Union of Teachers NUT, with 203 to 191 votes.
