The late Madam Theresa Asa Effah born July 21, 1963, passed on February 12, 2024, after a brief illness.
Drawing his sermon from the book of Wisdom 4:7- and 3:1-9, the Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Evaristus Bassey prayed God to grant her soul eternal rest.
He said life is a marketplace where everyone comes to trade and will return home some day and some time.
“Our sister, friend, and neighbor, came to sell and buy and now she is with the father.” He noted that our lives are not measured by how long we live but by how well we live.
Citing the story of the ten virgins, he admonished all “to be like the wise virgins who went prepared rather than being found wanting.”
The clergy further enjoin the living to live an impactful life, positive, worthy, full of legacy, and others as non knows tomorrow.
