The Editor-in-Chief and Publisher of, Agba Jalingo has lost his mother, Monica Ungie Ato Agba, to the cold hands of death.

Late Mrs. Agba died Friday in Abuja after a protracted illness with family sources informing CrossRiverWatch that the burial has been slated for March 18, 2016.

The deceased, a septuagenarian hailed from Ukwel-Obudu in Obudu local government area of Cross River State and married the late Major SSA Agba rtd. of Bedia community in the same council area.

Family sources say the late Mrs. Agba has been battling with illness over some time and died in an Abuja hospital while receiving treatment.

A statement from CrossRiverWatch, stated that consultations are ongoing with family members to give the late Mrs. Agba a befitting burial.
