A 200 level Student of the department of Guidance and Counseling, faculty of Education, Cross River University of Technology (CRUTECH) Calabar Campus, Ugbe Dominic, yesterday Friday 10th May, 2019 lost his life in a pool party.
The pool party which was said to be hosted by his department took place at Jacaranda Hotel and suites, Calabar, saw the sophomore gave up the ghost after consuming excessive water.
It was gathered that by the time he was rushed to the hospital and medical examinations carried out the Obudu born had passed on.
The institution have lost not fewer than four Students this semester.
