The Governor of Cross River State, Sen. Bassey Edet Otu, has approved the appointment of the eighth aides for the office of Deputy Governor, Hon. Peter Odey.
Mr. Emmanuel Ogbeche, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor in a press statement said the appointment is effective June 8, 2023, the same date it was released.
The appointees are Dr. Chris Ojikpong, Head of Personal Staff; Mr. Modey Ugbuji, Head of Protocol; Barr. Fred Abua, Press Secretary; Mr. Agbeh Ekpong, Snr. Special Assistant, Special Duties; and Mr. Patrick Nkang Ogon, Special Assistant, Logistics.
Others are Mr. Ubio Obu Obiong, Special Assistant, ICT; Ms. Charity Ohotu Wilfred, Special Assistant, New Media; Mr. Upor ldom Murphy, Personal Assistant.
