The immediate past Chairman, Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Cross River State Council, Ndoma Akpet is dead.
According to information gathered he passed away in the early hours of (Saturday) after protracted illness.
Until his death, the Ikom born was the Director, News and Current Affairs Department, Cross River Broadcasting Corporation (CRBC) Calabar.
